Dream S Servo Ultrasonic Plastic Welder

Dream S is LINQISONIC's servo-driven ultrasonic plastic welding machine. The servo drive holds Z-axis precision to ±0.01mm with dynamic trigger repeatability under 0.005mm, a head stroke of 80 or 100mm and 360mm of adjustable head height. Five operating frequencies are available — 15, 20, 30, 35 and 40kHz — with output power from 800W to 6000W, tooling up to Φ350mm, air cooling and an AC 220V supply. Six welding modes cover time, energy, power, force, absolute depth and relative depth, with four trigger methods: time, position, force, and position plus force. Amplitude adjusts steplessly from 10% to 100% in 1% increments, and closed-loop amplitude control holds the deviation within ±2% while the supply voltage varies by ±10%. A 10-inch colour touchscreen carries 12 nameable recipes, displays the weld curve, frequency and power in real time, and monitors 23 alarm conditions across generator, converter and tooling. Process data exports over USB, and a 24VDC automation interface connects directly to PLC and PC for MES integration. The acoustic enclosure and cabinet are optional accessories, ordered separately and not included in the standard machine.

Dream Q is the pneumatically driven machine in the same platform as the servo Dream S, sharing its structure, envelope, frequency range and operator interface; the only difference is the drive and the precision class that follows from it. Air pressure runs 0.01 to 0.07MPa with air pressure set electronically by a proportional valve, Z-axis precision is ±0.01mm, head stroke 80 or 100mm and adjustable head height 360mm. Five operating frequencies are available — 15, 20, 30, 35 and 40kHz — with output power from 800W to 6000W, tooling up to Φ350mm, air cooling, an AC 220V supply and a net weight of about 180kg. Six welding modes cover time, energy, power, force, absolute depth and relative depth. Amplitude adjusts from 10% to 100% in 1% increments, and weld time runs 0.01 to 99s to ±0.005s. A colour touchscreen displays frequency and power in real time, 23 alarm conditions are monitored across generator, converter and tooling, and process data exports over USB. It suits general plastic welding where precision in the hundredths of a millimetre is enough and cycle time and cost matter; applications needing micron-level positioning are better served by the servo Dream S. A 24VDC automation interface connects directly to PLC and PC for MES integration.

LT20 Ultrasonic Rotary Seam Welder

LT20 is a modular ultrasonic rotary welding unit for continuous seam welding of long and continuously fed parts. Rotary welding differs from ordinary spot welding in how the horn moves: a disc horn vibrates while rolling along the part, and as the part passes continuously through the weld zone a continuous seam is formed. Weld length is not limited by horn size, so a part of any length can be welded in one pass without segmenting and overlapping, giving an even seam with no marks between sections. The unit is a self-contained module with two mounting feet, so it can be built directly into a machine or production line and paired with a feed mechanism, or used on its own frame. Because welding is continuous and the part never stops, cycle time is set by feed speed, which suits long parts in high volume.

LQS-20H Wire Harness Ultrasonic Metal Welder

LQS-20H is an ultrasonic metal welder for wire harnesses, running at 20 kHz and welding copper harnesses up to 25 mm2. Ultrasonic metal welding is a solid-state process: high-frequency vibration disperses the oxide on the wire surface so the strands bond directly to each other without the copper melting. The joint is a solid metallurgical bond with full conducting cross-section, lower in resistance than crimping or soldering, and needs no solder or flux, so the joint does not become hard and brittle from wicked solder. It suits the everyday harness operations in automotive and appliance work - splicing strands, branch joints and pre-welding wire ends. For heavier harnesses above 25 mm2 and for terminals, use the high-power model in the same series, LQS-20HP. The welder is a single compact module with a weld counter on the front. Its small footprint lets it sit on a workbench or be built into a harness assembly station or automated line.

LQS-20HP High-Power Harness Ultrasonic Metal Welder

LQS-20HP is a high-power ultrasonic metal welder for automotive wire harnesses and terminals. It runs at 20 kHz with 12,000 W total power and welds copper harnesses and terminals from 35 to 150 mm2. Ultrasonic metal welding is a solid-state process: high-frequency vibration breaks up the surface oxide so a dense metallurgical bond forms without melting the base metal. Compared with crimping or resistance welding, joint resistance is lower and conductivity better, with no solder or flux required. Operated from a PLC touchscreen, the machine monitors and alarms on seven variables throughout the cycle - weld time, energy, pressure, amplitude, power, pre-weld height and post-weld height - and stores up to 100,000 sets of product weld parameters for changeover and traceability. Throughput is approximately 120 to 150 pieces per hour. The machine comes on its own castored frame, runs on three-phase AC380V, and requires an air supply above 0.5 MPa.

G20 Handheld Ultrasonic Tube Sealer

G20 is a handheld ultrasonic tube sealer for closing copper and aluminium tubes. Ultrasonic tube sealing is a solid-state cold weld: the tube is clamped between horn and anvil, and high-frequency vibration bonds the two tube walls directly to each other, sealing and cutting in one action. The base metal never melts, and no flame, filler or flux is involved. Compared with flame brazing there is no oxidation and no annealed zone at the seal, so the tube's properties are not affected by heat. The joint is dense and can be made hermetic, which suits applications such as sealing the charging port of a refrigeration line. The handheld head is separate from the generator, with only a grip and a start button at the working end, so it can be used directly on the line or on an already-assembled unit without moving the workpiece to a machine.
